Not Congratulating Preg

CANELONES MEAT CHICKEN



















INGREDIENTS:



- 1 / 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 Packs of cannelloni
- 1 onion
- 3 tins of paté
- Oil
- Sal
- 1 small tomato sauce Brick
- ground white pepper






For the bechamel:



- 1 / 2 liter of milk
- One tablespoon of butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- grated nutmeg
- Sal






PREPARATION:



Chop onions and poached with a little oil in pan, add the meat, a little salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked turn off the heat and add the cans of pate, stir well and set aside.


Put the tomatoes on baking sheet.



Boil the cannelloni in salted water according to package directions. We dried the plates with a cloth Clean, fill with meat and wrapped. We'll put in pan with tomatoes.


Now we make the bechamel. In a pot put all ingredients over low heat. We stir and remove from heat when thickened (I've done in the Thermomix). We cover the cannelloni with bechamel and add the grated cheese. Go into the oven to broil.

Fry onion


Add the meat and when done add the pate



Fill the cannelloni



Fill the plates and enroll

Place on baking tray

Jamoncito `AST (BREADMAN)



INGREDIENTS:

- 7

chicken Jamoncito

- Sal

-A spice bag AL'Ast

- A dash of brandy

- A trickle

- A trickle of oil olive

- 1 large potato

PREPARATION: Put

in Jamoncito on salt and spice (AL'Ast). Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices and salt. Place in bowl potatoes, Jamoncito, adding overhead on brandy, water and oil. Program 2, 2 hours.
