Hot Scene In Mera Naam Jokar

BEANS WITH LEMON PASTA

Ingredients (5 persons) :
- 500g azuki (beans).

- An onion.

- A carrot.

- Medium green pepper.

- Medium red pepper.

- A tomato.
- Two cloves of garlic.
- A bay leaf.
- Olive Oil 0.4 º.

- Olive oil 1 º.
- Sweet paprika (or hot).
- Salt

- Seeds poppy.

Preparation:

Leave
re-hydrated beans the night before with water.

Cut vegetables into large pieces and slip by 0.4 º olive oil in same pan where you will make the beans (in the pressure cooker do it very fast!). You give a couple of wiggles with the wooden spoon and you take a little salt. When you see that the plants are already somewhat "pochaditos", you add rehydrated beans, rinsed and drained. A couple of wiggles back and fill with water until a little over the edge of the beans (two fingers or so, then if you ever want to take more water being on time). Add a little salt and put the lid. In the pressure cooker in 10 minutes already, but in a normal pan ... 1 hour as you need!

When the beans are soft, then remove vegetables with patience and go through a potato masher or blender and return to add the squid mixture.

Sprinkle over the dish a few poppy seeds.

Yesterday September 15 and Hiking Centre Terrassa, held a conference on "Caving Photography" in the cycle which has organized this year the Catalan Federation of Speleology commemorating its 30th anniversary.

Sick To My Stomach With A Headache For 4 Days




The olive is a pate green olives based on very simple preparation.

Ingredients:

Shortness Of Breath, Cough, Tight Chest

DRUNKEN PORK TENDERLOIN CHICKEN











INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Pork Tenderloins
- thinly sliced \u200b\u200bsmoked Bacon
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 shot of Whisky
- 1 Cup of Brady
- 1 glass of wine Pedro Ximénez
- Sal
- Freshly ground pepper
- 100 Ml.
water
- A teaspoon of cornstarch



PREPARATION:

This past weekend I joined the first activity that the FCE was scheduled to celebrate its 30 anniversary, in a cycle of activities related to the caving which will take place at different sites and clubs until the end of year.

The first activity was the Biospeleology and therefore we moved to Rialp les Coves de Ribes de Fresser. My intention was to obtain a photographic as the Bio has never been one of my strengths and not a matter of thoroughness, if not that, like other activities, it's just not my thing.

The truth is that it is a pity that very little attention did you first start because we were practically family. Besides the experts in the field, Auroux and Jordi Lluís Comas, were the President of the Federation, another colleague, Trujillo and my witch. Bio has never been one of the pillars of caving, all and the few that have been performed or are true celebrities in the subject. Besides the above two colleagues, we can mention English, Zariquiey, school, and my fellow youth in GELER, Xavier Bellés. Maybe things will pick their borders to be more selective and perhaps this is the case of the Bio, Geo and other scientific activities that require great dedication and a serious study and learning. Unfortunately, what counts is what he wears, what the most profane and perhaps understand why the third branch of the Espeleo original is always has been the palm, Topo.
