The kebabs can be made with lamb or beef, including chicken breast . I have prepared with beef and chicken.
INGREDIENTS FOR VEAL:
- 1 kg of beef
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 heaping tablespoon Moorish spice
- 1 onion
- Sal
- Parsley and cilantro
- 1 glass of olive oil.
The ingredients for the chicken breast are the same as for beef.
PREPARATION:
