Colombian rider Jaime Castañeda (EPM - UNE), has just won in the city of Santiago de Cuba, the devil's sprint second stage of the Tour of Cuba, Venezuela ahead of Wilmen Bravo, Canadian Ryan Roth (CAN) and local Damier Martinez.
