Whats The Meaning Of Tender

BREASTS IN CREAM SAUCE (THERMOMIX)







INGREDIENTS:

- 1 small onion
- 1 can sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Sheet bay
- 70 Gr oil
- 800 gr chicken breast
chopped - 1 handful of currants (50 gr. more or less)
- 200 gr of cream or cream 1 can condensed milk
- 150 gr of white wine
- A little white pepper
- Sal


PREPARATION:
