Sick To My Stomach With A Headache For 4 Days

The olive is a pate green olives based on very simple preparation.


- Two packages of pitted green olives.

- Media onion.

- A peeled carrot.

- A piece of red pepper.

- A couple of cucumbers (optional).

- A clove of garlic (optional).
- Olive oil 1 º.

- spices to taste.


Drain olives. Chop onion, peeled carrot, a piece of red pepper, two pickles and garlic. Enter in a bowl. Add olive oil and spices to taste. Shred. Prepare a toast of bread and ready!

is a very quick and easy recipe to make. The truth is that as the best is yet very little is chopping with a knife and not with a mixer. If you have left, do not worry. Store in a glass jar (living glass jars!) And keep it in the fridge for a few days without problem. You can even take a squirt of lemon juice (citric acid, natural preservative par excellence).

can also be made with black olives (the vegan caviar), but my taste is more palatable to the green.
