INGREDIENTS:  
   -1 kg chicken livers  
   - 1 onion  
   - 4 cloves garlic  
   - 1 teaspoon paprika  
   -  food coloring 
   - 1 / 2 glass of red wine  
   - 1 / 2 glass of water  
   - Olive oil  
   - Sal  
   PREPARATION:  
 put in a pot a little olive oil. Peel and cut the garlic in foil and let them brown. Add the onion and let it do until transparent.
Then we take the livers and sauté a bit then add the remaining ingredients. Let cook on medium heat until the sauce has reduced and the liver is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
