How Long Does It Take For Water Retetion



- 1 chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 onion
- A little olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 250 gr of fresh mushrooms rolled
- 1 can cream condensed milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- A dash of brandy
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- A few drops of Tabasco (optional)
- Salt and pepper


Put oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips (pre-spiced) until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan add the chopped onion and dash of brandy to recover what has been attached and butter.

When the onion is well poached add the sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms, chicken strips that have reserved, mustard, paprika, a dash of tabasco and a little water. Cook until the breast and mushrooms are tender. Now add the cream, add salt and cook a bit until the sauce thickens to taste.
