CRAB SOUP ( CRAB SOUP)


Ingredientes:
2 cocos secos
1 cucharada de aceite
1 docena de jaibas
2 Platanos verdes
1 lb. de yuca
sal y pimienta con cominos
to taste achiote

1 sweet chile, chopped 1
tomatoes, chopped
1 / 2 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic
,
2 crushed coriander leaves, chopped Preparation

:

coconuts are peeled, then scratch and takes out the milk.
Clean the crabs.
In a soup pot, add one tablespoon oil and fry
